Sencha Golden Phoenix

Use 6g for 250ml, 80°C(176°F) hot water.
Best way: Put the tea leaves in the warm, empty houhin or kyusu, close the lid. After 30 seconds you can smell the beautiful aroma of the tea. Next, slowly pour the water over the tea leaves. After 1 minute the tea is ready and you can pour it into your tea cups.
Depending on your taste, you can continiue making 3 or more infusions.

Preparation,  Iced Tea:
Put 6g Golden Phoenix in a cold houhin or kyusu and add either one ice cube or 30ml, ice cold water (3-4°C / 38°F). After approximately 3 minutes, it can be poured into the cups. Be careful, it is a very small quantity. Share it evenly; only a few drops in each cup. Enjoy this special tea like an espresso.
