BIO Jade Oolong - 翠玉烏龍茶

A pleasantly slightly fruity and flowery tasting oolong, which is also wonderfully suitable as an introduction to the world of oolong.

The garden is located in the province of Nanou near the Sun-Moon-Lake, which is very well known for its surrounding tea gardens in Taiwan and China.

The degree of oxidation is around 20%, which makes this tea taste quite fresh. A little "firing" gives it a wonderful taste balance.

Approx. 2 teaspoons per 250ml, brew with 90°C (194°F) hot water.

brewing time:

1st infusion 90 seconds

2nd infusion 45 seconds

3rd-5th Infusion 90 seconds

from the 4th infusion the water temperature can be increased.
