Shading the tea plants shortly (21 days) before harvest greatly reduces the formation of bitter substances and increases amino acids, which provide a slightly sweet taste in the foreground, so that the tea develops a mild and fruity aroma.

1st infusion 60 seconds

2nd infusion 30 seconds

3rd Infusion 60 seconds
