A mixture of three teas from Japan; Green tea, roasted tea and sencha with roasted rice, to get to know and love.
Organic Houjicha, green tea, roasted, 有機 ほ う じ 茶
Houjicha is a Japanese green tea that differs from the others in that it is roasted over charcoal. In addition to the leaves, the tea leaf stalks are also used. The stems give off a special, wild aroma. The tea is roasted at a high temperature so that the leaf color changes from green to red-brown.
This type of processing was developed in Kyoto in the 1920s and its popularity continues to this day.
Genmaicha, green tea with roasted rice, 玄 米 煎茶
This Genmaicha is made from Japanese Sencha and roasted brown rice. The Sencha brings a sweet-bitter note to our Genmaicha mixture, which gives it a full taste with a nutty aroma. This tea comes from Kagoshima, in the south of Japan.
Taste: nutty, clear, pleasantly bitter
Organic Sencha Aki, green tea, 有機 煎茶 秋
A Japanese standard green tea from the autumn picking.
This organic sencha is ideal for daily consumption. Thanks to its small leaf, the aromas unfold quickly.
Taste: strong, full-bodied
