Kyûsu, Umehara Hirotakas (Gyokkô), 玉 光
The Kyûsu, made by Master Umehara Hirotakas (Gyokkô) from Tokoname, has a pleasant, soft feel with a rough appearance. The chasing introduced into the clay reminds me a gentle flowing waves on a slightly moved lake by the wind.
The Kyûsu lies wonderfully in the hand and have a unobtrusive, but elaborate pattern.
