- Preparation:
- Sift 1-2 chashaku (bamboo spoon) (one tea spoon) into a chawan (Matcha bowl). Slowly add about 70ml, 80°C (176°F) water. Shake with the chasen (Bamboo Matcha Whisk) until foamy.
