- Warm the teaware before use. Put 1 piece (approx. 8g) in the teapot and pour over approx. 300ml, 100ºC hot water. Discard (wash) the first infusion after 10 seconds. Allow each subsequent infusion to infuse for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
