It is a light, mild tea, which has a balanced sweet-bitter taste, to be used as a high-quality daily tea.

Use 6g for 250ml, 70 - 80°C (176°F) hot water.
Best way: Put the tea leaves in the warm, empty houhin or kyusu, close the lid. After 30 seconds you can smell the beautiful aroma of the tea. Next, slowly pour the water over the tea leaves. After 1 minute the tea is ready and you can pour it into your tea cups.
Depending on your taste, you can continiue making 3 or more infusions.
