Shipping and Payment

1. Shipping costs and information:

Shipping of the goods is only possible within the Federal Republic of Germany. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL, Deutsche Post or Hermes Versand. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

Delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 days. You can ask us for the tracking number at any time to check the delivery or change it yourself (if the parcel service allows it).

1.1. More information on how the delivery date is calculated

In the case of payment in advance (bank transfer in advance), the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

1.2. delivery area

Our delivery area includes the Federal Republic of Germany (including Heligoland). We do not deliver to Büsingen.

Customers based (residential, company or branch office) in one of the member states of the EU (European Union) or a country of the EEA (European Economic Area), which does not belong to our delivery area, can order in our online shop. However, delivery is only possible to an address within our delivery area. A collection of the goods is not possible.

1.3. Shipping prices within Germany

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for the respective item on the detail page: Packages

0 - 5 kg = 4,50 €

5 - 10 kg = 8,50 €

10 - 24 kg = 13,00 €

2. Payment Information

2.1. When shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, provided

nothing else is specified in the respective product description:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • Cash on pickup
  • PayPal

2.1. Prepayment via bank transfer

If payment in advance has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. If you pay in advance, we will ship your goods after the money has been credited to our account. The terms are one bank working day for online transfers and two bank working days for paper transfers. Please state the order number and/or your customer number with your transfer. The purchase with payment in advance is possible with us up to a maximum order volume of 1,000 EUR per order.

2.2. Payment on pickup

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay on site in cash or by Girocard, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection
